Crayons Across Broomfield is a traveling initiative of Keep Crayin’ On that places free boxes of crayons directly into the hands of kids while families are out enjoying the community.
Those crayons become tools for imagination and creativity. Kids are invited to use them to create artwork that is welcomed to be submitted to the Crayon Creations Gallery, a series of videos on the Keep Crayin’ On YouTube channel celebrating the creativity of young artists in our community.
Each Crayons Across Broomfield event becomes its own gallery video, sharing artwork created by the kids who received those crayons.
Easter Day Crayon Giveaway takes place on April 4th and 5th, 2026 and marks the 3rd annual celebration of this colorful tradition. While eggs bring candy and surprises, boxes of colorful crayons are placed into the hands of kids enjoying the holiday with their families.
Artwork created with those crayons is welcomed into the Crayon Creations Gallery on the Keep Crayin’ On YouTube channel.
